Our programs support creators at every stage - from those about to hit upload for the very first time, to creators with tens of millions of subscribers. We’ve delivered hundreds of workshops and Accelerators across 44 countries, and our alumni include some of the world’s top creators.
The Role
As we continue to expand our global initiatives, we are looking for a Programs Manager to join the Changer team to lead our diverse range of creator development programs.
The role
As Programs Manager, you will lead the implementation of our programs, overseeing a small team to deliver a series of global IRL and online creator programs.
You will be responsible for ensuring programs run on time, on budget, and that the Changer team and partners have what they need to deliver the best creator programs in the world.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, has strong leadership skills, and thrives managing cross-functional teams.
What will you do?
As Programs Manager at Changer, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring our programs and events are delivered to the highest standard: on time, on budget, and with meaningful impact.
You’ll collaborate across internal teams and external partners to help shape the future of creator education. You'll have the opportunity to shape and refine how programs operate across Changer as we grow and step into more strategic responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Program & Event Management
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of creator-focused programs and events (both online and in-person)
- Manage project timelines, logistics, budgets, and some stakeholder communications
- Liaise with guest speakers, facilitators, and partners to ensure smooth and professional delivery
- Capture outcomes and participant feedback to inform and improve future program design
Business Development Support
- Assist in identifying and responding to partnership and funding opportunities
- Support proposal development including decks, program outlines, and tailored communications
- Coordinate with potential clients, collaborators, and sponsors during the business development process
Creator & Partner Engagement
- Along with a Program Coordinator, act as a point of contact for creators, partners, and collaborators across programs
- Help maintain strong, ongoing relationships with program alumni, mentors, and key stakeholders
- Represent Changer at events, workshops, and industry gatherings as required
Internal Coordination & Reporting
- Work cross-functionally to ensure programming aligns with Changer’s broader goals and priorities
- Track key performance metrics and report on program outcomes and insights
- Maintain internal documentation, schedules, and streamlined operational processes
We're looking for someone who
- Has proven experience in project management or a similar role, ideally in a creative agency or related industry Understands project management methodologies and tools
- Has experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
- Sweats the details -you dot all the i’s and cross all the t’s
- Loves being organised and thrives on structure
- Has strong written communication skills Is fluent in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Loves helping others grow and succeed
- Has an interest in organisational strategy and operations, and is excited by the idea of helping a fast-growing company scale
Nice to have
- A passion for creators and a desire to build something valuable in the creator economy
- Experience using Slack, Notion, and Monday.com
