For the first time ever, YouTube Australia and Tropfest – together with Changer – are uniting to champion the next generation of storytellers.
Tropfest is BACK and we're super excited to be involved in running a special event series, kicking off in Brisbane, on the Future of Creativity!

This Creator Collective event will bring together top creators inc the MacFarlane Bros, Mike's Mic, Tropfest celebrities, and industry representatives for YouTube and the Tropfest team to explore how storytelling is evolving in a digital-first world.

What to expect

- 01Introductions and kick off with Mike's MicThe evening will kick off with an introduction from the YouTube and Tropfest team, along with our host for the night - YouTube creator Mike's Mic!
- 02The Future of Creativity on YouTubeThe Changer team will then run through a brief talk about the future of film and creativity on the YouTube platform, and what it means for creators and the opportunities ahead.
- 03Industry Panel + Q&AA rare opportunity to hear the thoughts and discussions from industry leaders from YouTube, Tropfest, the film industry, and content creators as they expand upon the ideas of the future of content.
Then it's your chance to interact with the panel guests with a Q&A session! - 04Networking and drinks with creators and industry representivesMeet and mingle with other content creators and industry folks while enjoying drinks, food, and good times!
Where and when
The Brisbane event will take place on Monday Oct 13th at The Tivoli.
Doors open at 6:00pm and the event will run through to approximately 10pm.

YouTube and Tropfest are joining forces to bring creators together. Working together with Changer, we're celebrating the future of filmmaking by developing the Creator Collective x Tropfest series in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
